I have a 2016 Track that got hit from the back cave den my back hatch video didn't work no more. I came in Cameron greeted me and said he can help me to find the same color same spoiler same of everything and promise me didn't snip the wiring harness. one came in and wires was snipped so he took it back and got another one that has this wiring harness. Now that I call service thanks again Cameron

Very difficult to get a hold of. You leave a voicemail for Johnny Marsh 2-3 times in one day and do not ever hear back. When they do answer you get some rapidly spit out can you hold and they put you on hold for 1-15 minutes. Eventually the call is cut off. If you need a core pickup, good luck. They will not come unless you ask several times. I do not understand how they are in business when they have such poor customer service.

Purchased an engine through LKQ and they shipped it to the LKQ Reno facility for me to pickup. Staff was friendly and great to work with. Had engine loaded and paperwork done in no time! Great outfit to deal with.

This place is a scam, they won'g warranty anything and keep on going around a loop till you find other means. Being a local a shop I have lost thousands of $$$$ because of their negligence to do business the right way
