Called ahead to ensure they had what was needed. When we arrived 25 minutes later, they suddenly didn't have what we asked for. We were very clear over the phone and they even said if we come now they will lower the price from $200 to $150. We speak English and got treated like we were in the 3rd world. I will never go back. Complete waste of time.

Came for part number 44500ta0a00 (intermediate shaft). Was told via phone that the purchase price is $75. After arriving I Was offered a cash price of $50 with warranty or $40 without warranty. We opted for the $40 with no warranty and was told that at that rate there would be no warranty if the part breaks. I told the lady (owners daughter) that I do not have an issue with that as long as the part fits. She agreed that if the part does not fit to simply bring it back for refund or correct part as long as her initials are still clearly marked on the part via blue marker. Before leaving the establishment i asked for a receipt and she said at the $40 rate we are doing a cash transaction meaning no taxes are being collected so in essence by passing the IRS. However if I still insisted on a receipt I could pay an additional $3 in order for her to ring it up into the register hence making it a legal transaction that shows taxes paid. I chose not to opt for the receipt as I’m a college student and every dollar counts, including labor I still owed to my mechanic for installing the part. After arriving to the mechanic shop we found out that the part was NOT defective or faulty but simply just didn’t fit. Again the part was not defective but just simply didn’t fit. Even after all the research we had done and speaking to Honda we just couldn’t fit the part in. After calling Alto back and speaking to the owners daughter around 4pm I was told that they close at 6pm and to come in and return the part. I arrived around 5pm and was greeted by a younger chubbier Hispanic guy who seemed to be going through a head cold or flu. He informed me that the owners daughter had already left and he couldn’t refund the part as it was purchased without a warranty. I tried to explain to him that a warranty means replacement for a broken or faulty part NOT if the part is simply wrong. It went into one ear and out the other. After realizing how upset and cheated I felt, he finally offered to purchase the part back for half the price, so basically $20 instead of the original $40. He went to the register grabbed $40 out, stuck one of the $20 in his pocket and handed me the other $20. Very shady business operation! Buyers be aware and get everything in writing and receipts. Learn from my mistake

GUERO LIED TO ME HAVIING ME WAIT OVER 2 HOURS STALLING JUST TO AND SAY HE DOESN'T HAVE A PART WHICH I CALLED TWICE TO CONFIRM TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD THE RIGHT CAR INFORMATION AND THE RIGHT PART BUT NO HE WANT ME TO DRIVE AND WASTE 2 HOURS DRIVING JUST TO TELL ME HE DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT PART , DONT GO HERE THEY LIE JUST TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR AND ACT LIKE ITS YOU THAT WRONG.
