They are good the owners wife are very nice to the customers. When she receives a lot of phone calls and under pressure you can see she gets kind of stressed out. I understand I am a business person working by myself. If they do not have the parts she will find them for you. Been going there for years

I called to ask about a couple parts I needed and the lady who answered was rude and ignorant! She was rushing me off the phone and told me to make it quick! You can also hear her in the background arguing with someone. Very unprofessional. I was going to go over there and buy the parts I needed but I'll take my business else where since customers are not important! Get her off the phones, she's ruining business for this salvage yard.

The one star is for the good reviews. If they don't want to pick up my old vehicle they just need to tell me. Not tell me stories. I'm not a bad person like some put it. I've done good business with them back then.

Atlantic Auto Parts is awesome. Always deliver the right part in proper working order, and if there are ever any problems they work it out to 100% customer satisfaction. That is based on my many online and on site visits for parts for a very wide variety of vehicles. Just this week I found online what I needed there, and they had it delivered to my home very quickly and included more of the entire assembly than what I expected to receive. They truly understand and commit to honest to goodness, old fashioned, excellent customer service. They can without a doubt be trusted.

I called 4 weeks ago for someone to pick up 2 vans and no one has ever showed up to pick them up but no sweat got rid of them anyway I would consider switching the towing service . Thank You
