Fantastic Experience! Returning to a contracted job in VT when the lens cap from my driver side turn indicator light flew off my Colorado! The staff were helpful, kind, and resourceful. This company should be highly ashamed of theirselves. I called on September 25th about a Nissan Altima to be picked up from a local mechanic because they needed the car moved because they have a small lot. The mechanic gave me a due date to have the car moved. The day I called Atlantic auto parts they asked me for pictures of the vehicle and I sent them and received no response. The following day I called early and they said they are crunching numbers and will get back with me. Of course no call back so I called again and she said I promise I will call you soon. I told her that it is getting late in the day and the car had to be picked up by close of business which she knew from the day prior. By 11:00 I was fed up scared I was going to lose out on my vehicle so I called Foss recycling and had no issues with them. They were kind had an immediate price for my vehicle and picked it up with no issues whatsoever. I will let everyone know what happened and will never do business here again. I know a lot of people who have used this company that is now going to switch to Foss for almost letting me lose my vehicle completely than rather kindly call back and say either we don't want it or we are busy at the moment. Being busy seems to be an excuse for most of your reviews that are bad. Shorthanded... I can understand why. Probably not a good excuse to use any longer. Seems to be a trend. Save your time and call Foss instead of Atlantic auto parts and savage.
