They are good the owners wife are very nice to the customers. When she receives a lot of phone calls and under pressure you can see she gets kind of stressed out. I understand I am a business person working by myself. If they do not have the parts she will find them for you. Been going there for years

I called to ask about a couple parts I needed and the lady who answered was rude and ignorant! She was rushing me off the phone and told me to make it quick! You can also hear her in the background arguing with someone. Very unprofessional. I was going to go over there and buy the parts I needed but I'll take my business else where since customers are not important! Get her off the phones, she's ruining business for this salvage yard.

That is based on my many online and on site visits for parts for a very wide variety of vehicles. Just this week I found online what I needed there, and they had it delivered to my home very quickly and included more of the entire assembly than what I expected to receive. They truly understand and commit to honest to goodness, old fashioned, excellent customer service. They can without a doubt be trusted.
