Got my car towed there to get literally thousands of dollars of work done. Sat there for 2 weeks. When I called about the status of the list of work to be done was informed they didn't have anyone to work on itNothing complicated. Just no one available to do the work.Sucked.

I’ve been dealing with Odum’s for years! They have always been a good business but I have to say Taylor in the office is a top notch professional. I’m very impressed with him! I wish I could deal with him with every issue I have lol. If you’re looking for anything to do with a vehicle. Call and ask for Taylor! This young man will do whatever he can to help you! Been here months ago, however friendly, trustworthy, family owned business. My wife has been using them for parts for years. I would trust this place and the mechanics with any vehicle of mine. Great labor rate and great pricing on parts.

These people helped me out in a big way. Gave me the best price for some serious work on my truck. Didnt even try to sell me more than what I asked for, and they were all extremely nice and respectful on top of that.

Great service and very friendly. They helped me find a rim for my car that was really hard to find. When the wrong one came in they took it upon themselves to find and have the exact right one shipped to them as quick as possible. Very transparent in the process and patient as I called every day :). Hands down the best place to find parts in the area.

My car went off the road and a neighbor contacted Odum's. They were there within minutes and the guy who got my car out of the ditch was absolutely amazing. He was able to pull it out without any damage and was so nice. Didn't charge and arm or a leg either. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a tow service.

Jeff the owner is very professional and efficient. Took my truck over to Jeff's, referred by a friend. Best decision I'd ever made. He very fair & honest!! That's rare for most businesses these days. I'd like to think of Odums garage as a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend them to anyone I know. The only downside is Cliff, he should be more polite. If they intend of keeping him around, take the phone away from Cliff!!

Okay so it's not a pristine clean, it's a towing and USED car parts. There prices are great, if they don't have a particular part on hand they are already involved with the Carolinas USED parts association and can get it shipped to them for little or no to much additional cost. They're also a service garage and will install it, with a warranty. They're 2 generations of service to the Queens Creek, Swansboro and surrounding areas
