For sure a money pit but hey someone has to do it. Everyone's really nice and will help but they are on a fast watch and they want ya to keep it moving.

Had go to back weigh can. Ticket don't work to get my money. Went back office they did something told try again. Didn't work. Again. Ben there over a hour. Had to go. You still own me 18 dollars.

My fiancé and I enjoy going to this Salvage Yard. They’re organized, everything is off the ground, and they keep up with their inventory which is an absolute LIFE SAVER. The best part of this salvage yard is Samantha. She really helps my fiancé and I with whatever it may be that we need. She’s super bubbly, organized, and all around a boss. She’s a perfect fit for J & E Salvage yard, and will defiantly keep the company in tip top shape.

Great location close to Richlands and maple hill. Little bit of a wait to accessories metal but their process is effective and efficient. The cash out process is easy as long as you read. It's an iPad that scans the bar code on the receipt. Then below is the machine that spits out dollar bills quicker than young Marine at Platinums.

I have been there twice first time they took the aluminum off the back of my truck and waited inside second time they told us to go around back and unload it there. I have always found the people very nice and their system is great.

Foss auto Salvage bought J& E awhile back so of course things are run differently but its on our side of town so I'm ok with that. ~ We couldn't go out to the junkyard like we used to which irritated me but that's how they were doing it when they switched over to Foss.

I actually rather enjoyed coming here. The woman at the front was kind, she directed me to where I needed to go in the yard. The woman where weigh in could have been nicer. I was a bit confused as to where things needed to be but was quickly helped. A young guy working one of the magnetic cranes came down and directed me where to back up, and was so nice to me. I will admit I was not expecting mud and large puddles of water. If I had known, I would have dressed differently. I open my door and look down to about 3 or 4 inches of mud and white shoes. Both of us laugh! Without a word this guy, proceeds to get 3 pieces of junk and lays them down so I can maneuver over the mud. Then he helped me unload the stuff from the back. Thank you. The 2 guys in the drive thru drop off area, they were okay didn't say much so communication was a little off. Perhaps they assumed I had done it before. Overall the adventure was pretty cool and my kids enjoyed seeing it too haha but I'll definitely be wearing rain boots next time.

Vehicle pucked up about 12:45pm.told by flatbed driver to go to office and puckup check...went by office at 2pm..stood around for 15 mins. Told they still dont have word that. Vehicle was pucked up...poor run operation..right hand does not know what left hand is doing!

I’ve brought pickup loads full of beer cans several times to this place and others. Always have 135-155 pounds of cans. This last truck load full the owner took off 40 pounds for liquid, yes there was some liquid but they only paid me for 78 pounds, what a joke! Last time I use this business for recycling. Very rude employees as well. I do not recommend this business.
