Saturday service. Called them around 10:15am, answered a few basic questions about the car I wanted to salvage. I indicated brand new tires, new starter, body in good condition--seized engine. They gave me a ballpark figure over the phone I felt was fair. They were on site just over an hour later.They came out to look at the car and did not try to reneg on their offer. In fact, they noted some favorable things and provided the higher end of their initial estimate. Good people, good offers, and the whole transaction was painless. I definitely recommend!

They were so nice and explained everything, even called his competitor (and gave me the name so I could call myself) to ensure he was giving me a fair price for my car. I hate to have to leave bad a review but this calls for one. I called and this guy offered me what I thought was a good price for my car. Gave him my address to come and he didnt show up. I had to call them back and the same guy answered and told me he had some sort of emergency and was sorry, I gave him the benefit of doubt and we set up a time again, this time he called right before our scheduled time and said he would be running an hour behind. Then once he finally arrived two and a half hours after the hour behind phone call he told me my car was worth nothing and offered me 60$. Is that a joke or what? I was completely upset and asked him to leave my property immediately. I would beware of this company.
