All I can say is wow! Unbelievably rude! Walked up to the desk and was immediately greeted by someone " what do you want?." We told him our mechanic had called and spoken to someone half an hour ago and we were told to come up and pick up the rim. He said no one called him and he didn't have the room and then turned around. Wish I could give them below a one star.

I've seen a wide array of reviews on here about Dial-A-Part. My experience was stellar. I worked with Chris who was nothing but courteous and prompt in my dealings with the business. I got quotes on a Toyota 4.7 V8 engine and he advised that I consider the lowest mileage unit they had (choice of 3). I paid via credit card using the form provided and the engine was delivered to my door the next day at no extra charge. This engine looked almost new! It was obviously stored in a clean environment and not exposed to the weather. I am extremely satisfied with my transaction and cant think of any way they could have improved. Even their delivery guy was extremely courteous and helpful. I will look to do business with them in the future.

Chris and the rest of the staff are excellent. Very responsive, willing to make deals on things, and guarantee what they sell. As a dealer, its a pleasure to work with such a great source of parts, especially for certain obscure late-model domestics like HUMMERs and G6 convertibles.

SKY`S AUTO COLLISION

Called over 4 times ordered a back glass & every time i get told i would get a call back once its pulledI call after weeks waiting and they tell me they havent pulled out my part because somebody has to cut out the glue! Will never do business with this company again very poor communications

These guys are thief's they send you bad part on purpose and then they ask you to ship it back so you loose even more money. Stay away from these guy's. i have come across businesses like this. STAY AWAY. I really want the owner to see this and hope he responds, judging from his replies he say's that they stand by their products and service. The people who work there are the worst people i have ever come across, they just argue and hang up. Please get better people who can handle the job and learn to take feedback and acknowledge that they made a mistake.

This place is AWESOME! They are honest and keep their word. Which is so hard to find these days. We bought a part from them that wasn't working ( which is a risk you take with buying used parts) and they changed it out no problems at all. We drive all the way from Port Richey just to come to them! We will never use anyone else. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a part! The guys working within the established are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Great place all around!

Picked up a set of wheels and tires for a good price. The staff was helpful and knowledgable, they take you out so you can choose what you want and they pull it for you and bring it to you. The wait was a bit long but they were busy. I'll be back if I ever need anything else.
