My tech was Michael and he was very fast, courteous and professional. Best experience I've ever had with a towing company. Most companies charge by the mile, but Chico's Towing quoted me a flat rate once I called and I was able to get the tow in 15 mins. Great company; would recommend for anybody in need of roadside assistance. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!!!
