Had my truck die on a busy roadway at rush hour. Called my insurance roadside assistance. They told me an hour to an hour and a half for a wrecker to arrive. I looked up local wreckers and saw Claxton's was close. Called and had a wrecker within 10 minutes. They quickly loaded up my truck and took it to my residence. The driver was so good he was able to unload my truck under my carport. They were just as nice as could be. I was so relieved when I got a hold of them and they arrived so fast. If you are in the Ennis area and need a tow, look no farther than Claxton's.

Called to make an appointment. They told me text them the particulars and then never got back to me at all. I tried calling them but they never responded and sent me straight to voicemail. I ended up having to call another towing service which worked out great. Also no matter how loudly I talked when I first called, every sentence I finished was followed by a loud unpleasant "HUH?"

The driver had been given bad location information, but he persisted and called me while he searched.<br>He also contacted the police to see if they could help him find the car.<br>Once he found the car he transported it safely and parked it carefully.<br><br>Great service in locating the car, and speedy, safe delivery once he found it.<br><br>The bill was consistent with the estimate; no price gouging.<br><br>If you need a tow, don't be afraid to call Claxton's.
