Good people, great prices. Purchased a complete door assembly that was in perfect condition that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than anything for sale in the dfw metroplex.

Fair prices on parts for everything I've needed with great customer service to boot - what more could you want from a salvage yard? Also, great help in getting parts from other places if they don't have it (ex.: 4 rims for my Honda).

I talked to Dillon at the front desk. I drove up from Houston (90 miles) to pick up a bumper for a truck. Even though there were bumpers available in Houston I really liked talking to Dillon. He sent me photos of the bumper, was personable, honest, gave me a fair price. I had a few questions when I got there which he answered. He had the part ready for me to pick up as he promised and helped me load it. A very good experience!

This is the best parts store around. Both Keith and Dillon are knowledgeable and willing to help you get the parts you need. Most importantly, they are good and caring individuals who put the customer first.

Excellent service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed to get some off replacement parts for my truck, and they had them and installed them for me to such a degree of quality you'd think it was new. They're definitely expensive, but you are paying for excellent service and quality.

Had called to see if there was a part we were needing, the employee who answered the phone was VERY rude. We were asking a few questions and he literally said “why do you have to ask so many questions? Do you think we don’t know how to do our job?” What kind of professional speaks like that? We called again to ask one more question and he hung up. Is it a crime for a customer to ask questions before purchasing an item from them? I didn’t know employees could talk to customers like that. I do NOT recommend this place.

I tried to call for some information about an order that was placed this month. Lady on the phone rudely kept interrupting, and final hung up on me while I was still asking questions. Incredibly rude. Have not had an experience as a customer like this in quite a while. My company will never purchase from Doggett again. Still can't believe that this is an acceptable way to communicate with your customers.

Called about some tail lights. The guy told me they were $75 each used. I made the comment that they were $60 new and I was surprised about that. He replied that those weren’t original and hung up clearly annoyed that I was questioning the price.
