Awesome experience needed a relay for a 2002 Volvo auto parts store takes a week for down to order it Fidel's Auto Salvage had all the parts I need I was going to purchase a relay I didn't have cash only card he said just take it much respect to them

They lied to us about a part, drove all the way from San Antonio only to see that the part was not as rust free as they said. The pics they sent us conveniently didn't show the pieces that had bad rust, SMH and very disappointed....

This place is great they found my parts even if it was a rare place they devoted the time and effort and goo extra mile. Fidel and the new guy Neil have the best C. S thank u guys keep doing it

I called to ask whether they had a specific part in stock. I was told they had it on hand and was given a price over the phone. I drove over an hour to pick this part up, and when I got there I was told to check the yard for it myself (in the rain). They did NOT have the part in stock and when I told them I'd driven an hour after confirming over the phone I got a shoulder shrug and a "sorry".Edit: I have seen the reply from Fidel's and have adjusted my review accordingly. This mistake cost me dearly in both time and expense, but I very much appreciate both the sincere reply and the apology. Thank you.

Great salvage yard.. in bastrop texas.. off the Hwy71... old car... with main part still on them..
