The staff is great. Have been there a couple times now and they are very friendly and helpful. I had a squirrel chew my electrical wires in my car and needed connectors and they actually gave me one the second time. Darn squirrel!! Thanks guys!

Paid them $700 to repair a transmission and they returned it with missing parts, saying I was responsible for taking those off prior to dropping it off with them. They never replaced or found my missing parts. Told me they had them 3 times over the phone only for me to drive 45 min there each time to see them start looking for them once I got there and never finding anything. Stopped trying with them once I realized I was wasting my time

This place is awesome! Great experience, they quickly removed the parts I needed and I was happy to pay a small fee for them to remove the parts. They give you different prices of removing the car parts yourself verses their guys removing it. All of the pricing is very reasonable. Their salvage yard was so nice compared to our experience at Austin Wrench Apart, that place was an awful experience and charges an admission fee to find Nothing, bare bones. We will stick with Fidel’s Auto Salvage.

They do not keep an inventory of their cars, but they did have the part I needed. I inquired about its condition, and they assured me it was in good shape. I drove 45 minutes to their location, only to find that the part was not in good condition at all.

Fidel’s was my last stop and they had it and in the color I needed too they were friendly and pulled that fender off in like 15 minutes and I was outa there. Not a bad price either I’ll check with them first when I need another part

Ordered a part in the morning.. called them at 5 to see what happened and then they tell me they didn't even have the part! No one called me to let me know. Wasted a whole day! I could have ordered part from somewhere else. Nobody bothered to call me or anything. Worst service I've ever experienced!

Hwy 71 Auto salvage is not this biggest salvage yard in the area, but they still have a pretty good selection to choose from. I was able to find some parts that I have been looking for for a while. The guys at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Something I noticed right away; no long lines or entrance fees to go look. When I had what I wanted and was checking out, the guy who helped me told me $60. I personally thought that was steep, but when I was about to put some stuff back, he asked me how much I wanted to pay, so I said $30. He said he would do that for me as long as I spread the word, so here I am. I was fairly pleased with my experience with them.
