Been going here over 30 year's. The customer service is horrible now. I'm guessing because of new ownership or management. The workers lie about returns if part doesn't work on vehicles.The owner or manager (Vinny) let's the workers speak to customers any way he wants. Please get in writing your return policy. Literally bought an ecu for a client, drove back 15minutes back to the shop... we have a bench harness to test ECUs, it would not connect to it and therefore we know it is dead. Called right away and asked to get a replacement or return it... was told as soon as you walk out the door that it is no returns, no exceptions. No wonder they only do CASH transactions so they don't have to get hit with legitimate chargebacks for selling parts that aren't working.Service: Part finding & extracting

Worst customer service in the auto industry. Had a part on order, told me Friday, didn't show up, Monday comes around same story, now Tuesday and still haven't seen it. Guy on the phone says wait for it or buy it from someone else. Guess what I'm going to do. Service: Vehicle recycling

Told me they had a door on hand for 150 I traveled from ct to pick up and they told me the door was for 300. Definitely not professional as they do not honor their word, I’m a person that likes to deal with straightforward people and think those business needs to be supported, wouldn’t go there unless it’s my only option just saying. One of the worst experiences I ever had guy at front desk. The Spanish guy at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. When ask what was his problem he told me to get the hell out of his store.

I ordered a really simple rear door order. It began with the door is on the way. Three days later they brought a door only it was the wrong door, which led to a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety. When they finally got the correct door it was delivered damaged. They wouldn’t even take off for the damage. Try another junkyard is my advice to the consumer. They even had the audacity to I was desperate, they confused determined with despair. Maybe you May be lucky and read this review before your buy from these amateurs. By the way I was a dealer for over 30 years.

They told me to come down and the part would be on the counter, when we went down I was told it is still in the car. told it would be delivered the next day when I was left on hold for 10 minutes at 3 minutes for them still not to have a definitive answer on if the part was coming. very unprofessional. Worst place to get parts from. They give outrages prices for items that are broken or sitting in the sun all day. These people who sit in the front desk don’t know what they are talking about and say maybe it will fit? But dont give you the assurance you buy these parts for and they don’t end up fitting!!!
