They're very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable good inventory if they don't got it they can get it for you

My son needed a part for his '93 Miata- the gentlemen at this store went out of their way to be helpful. They located it somewhere else on the Island, and had it for us the NEXT DAY. Not too many other places have this type of customer service. Highly recommend.

two guys on the computer tapping away at the keyboard… ignoring phone calls because they’re busy all along customers are waiting for a simple check out… i left the stuff and walked out… i’m sure they’re convenient for auto parts but the shopping process there is painful

I was so impressed with their vast product inventory, customer service and overall knowledge of how my car works and what I needed. As a female, auto part stores and dealerships tend to sell you stuff you don't need or want. I did not feel that way at all and Frank answered all my questions patiently. Their prices are competitive with their competition, and I would highly recommend them for any and all of your auto parts' needs whether you are a wholesaler, retailer and/or dealership.

Make sure you keep paper reciept because they will not accept electronic proof like credit card transaction..If you loose the paper you loose ur warranty as well.Also lost the chance to return the old battery or even return the new battery if god forbid its defective..Hopefully I find the reciept somewhere .

"Even when the customer is wrong he's always right" that's how the most successful people think. The guy was yelling didn't want to return a part who I bought it 20 mins ago. Even 1 star is alot for them!!!! I will burn my car before I stop at your shop and buy parts!!!
