Even though the online times say 530 for Sundays every time that I arrive on or before that time they no longer except my drops after driving 45 minutes plus management has a bad attitude. The prices aren’t consistent to what they say online when they give you a range, and always pay you with the lowest The yard is a mud mess. There is debris that pops your tires mud to where you get stuck. The scales aren’t accurate the payment wages fluctuate based upon the attitude of whoever is at the register. I’ve been coming here for the last eight months and I’ve noticed the fluctuation in customer service in addition to the yard, and all the problems that have occurred, including the dead bodies that were found in cars. Well they had to deconstruct the whole mound of metal Because they didn’t check or care about anything that was being deposited.

Prices paid were fair. Only complaint was no one spoke English well enough to explain things to me properly since I had more than one metal and they only saw the big stuff (which was aluminum) and when I got back in line for the second metal he made me get out of line. I still have no idea why but when I came back around after getting help from another customer on where to go he caught on and apologized to me for the misunderstanding. I saw the weights and got a receipt for both metals. Not bad pricing at all.

I have used them for the last 2 years, was happy for most times. Inaccurate identification of metals, UPDATE... Mgmt spoke ŵith me and they assured me that they will correct any mistakes or explain so no misunderstanding. As he said you are the important one the customer with out you we have no business!
