best self-service junkyard in Houston. they have the inventory online which is very helpful to see what's available. the rows are organized well and cars are higher quality than most of the other self-service yards in Houston. i wish they had a price sheet online but they do have them posted on the wall outside the office. prices are cheaper than all other self-service yards in Houston.

Huge selection of vehicles to pick from but organization is not a priority at this location. Their prices are fair and the grounds are decently maintained. I would shop here again for used parts. Just be aware that they charge $3 to enter their lot even if your just trying to locate any usable items. Don't expect to find many classics or anything other than modern vehicles.

shitty customer service shitty employees. Sent a payment for a part found out it was the wrong part had to call 15 times just to get my money back and the employee nelson says i'll block u just take my word we sent money and its pending but could not send a proof of transfer!! Never coming back!!! Don't know how to pe civil and polite for basic communication!!

I had went in Tuesday evening and found a stereo system I wanted. I went to the register to check out and the person working it, Jenny, had said to come back the next day because it will be $20(manager special), I wanted to still the check price on it so I then asked how much would it be anyways and she told me around 60. So I had said that I would just come back. Next day, they aren’t going to sell it to me for $20 because supposedly it has a navigation system and the price also jumped to 80+. Keep in mind I came the day before and brought it to the register to check out, she could’ve told me then that it has a navigation system and wouldn’t qualify for the deal. I had asked for the manager(Cynthia) and she wouldn’t allow me to express my concerns. I get that they don’t have to talk to people that much but to dismiss them and assume they are lying about their experience and what they were told is not okay. The manager(Cynthia) was rude throughout the whole situation and wouldn’t even communicate with me to begin with. I asked them to honor the price considering I was told to come back and Cynthia rudely shoved a card though the window hole for their promotion coming up and said that I either have to pay the 80+ or leave it. I wouldn’t recommend this place considering that they just come up with prices. I wish I had my recording device on bc then I would be able to bring the price gauging of this company to attention but unfortunately I felt comfortable before the incident and didn’t feel the

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THEM. I got called daily, multiple times a day even after I told then the car was sold, today I asked to be on a do not call list, and the lady got an attitude and said "you could have just told us you sold it." WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM THE DAY PRIOR. customer service is poor here and they will get upset if you decide not to sell them your car for the scrap they offer.

Fair pricing. They came to pick up my car and wrote me a check on the spot. They were mad late though and I would prefer them tasking the info about the vehicle over the phone so I didn't Hasn't to wait around to see how much they could give me for my car.

2+ hours waiting to pay.. They see this but dont care. Its not worth it. It's over 100degree 🔥 hot out here. They NEED more registers when they offer 1/2 price sales. It's ONLY 2 registers NOT 4. 2 registers for late model section and 2 registers for early model section. AND when one employee goes on break only one is left open. I HOPE THIS PLACE FIXES THIS

The yard my dad's working at didn't have the part needed and he called here and was able to get me passenger rear side viewing at a very affordable price with Mark. This was affordable very clean transaction. FYI there was a wait (under 30 min) but to me it was well worth it Plus they had to remove part and so to me I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone missing a part for vehicle. Services was great ❤️ thanks for great customer service Mark and the man that pulled my part.

Strategically Acquiring Property

Horrible Business!!!! Called about a part and one of the guys working there told me he would check the part number and call me back. The guy called back and verified it was same part # then got email address to send me credit card authorization form. The guy then contacted me the next day asking for email address again so he could send form. He never sent form so I called the following day(today ) and told another worker that I had called and he proceeded to acknowledge it was another worker and give him the phone and the other guy hung up the phone. Terrible Customer Service, Very Disrespectful, Bad Business Practices

They give you a quote and then try to deduct hundreds once they get there .I was trying to recycle few trucks complete and running they deducted hundreds and complained that seats had few scratches and body had few dents . Offered $100 each lol they are a joke from $1100 down to $100 the other $975 down to $120 another business gave me $1,500 for them .

These people are horrible when it comes to buying junk, they never understand the concept of u can't win them all, they want the junk to be perfect for them all the time, they want to milk the consumer all the time to be able to win them all otherwise the consumer can go to hell, they make profit for whatever price they pay for the car and they choose to win them all.

A pretty good size lot full of defunct cars, and you can go there to remove a part yourself (just have to pay the $3 entry fee) but you have to bring your own tools and do the work yourself. Either that, or you can opt for the full service (just look into their website or more information). Just remember, prepare yourself for the fact that you might not have any luck finding the vehicle and/or the part you want. With that in mind, it might be a good idea to carry your tools/toolbox around on a rolling cart or a dolly while you walk around to do your search. Better yet, bring a cart wagon for the parts that you're able to find!

I was trying to sell a car I have no use for. A "lady" from this distinguished establishment called me to schedule the vehicle pickup, and asked if I had my title at hand, to which I replied yes; she then asked to look at the back of the tittle and I realized she had asked literally, so I told her I was at work at the moment and the tittle was at home. I could hear her puff over the phone and follow with "that is the meaning of at hand, sir" and elegantly (I can just picture her pick-a-part highness) hung up on me. This iliterate peasant is going to take his business somewhere else.
