Reviews seem to add up. I called the store 3 consequtive days and the phone answering guy could not give less of a sht to be helpful at all. Promissed to call back many times, never does. Ultimately, after 4th call, he confirmed that he has the parts but I need to come there in person and pay in full, then leave and wait for them to pull the parts. I wasn't going to expose myself to this scam artist, so I called a few more places around that already had the parts pulled, were nice to talk to, and gave me a better price with 0 negotiation. DO NOT recommend this place, go to Nissan Unlimited down the road.

Salvage places used to be great a long time ago. You could get a used part for a FRACTION of the new/orginal part. Thats no longer he case. All yards are the same. Parts are very expensive. This place has a nasty person in charge, which makes it even worse. Just buy new/original online. Not worth it.

Prices are ridiculous, owners name's Muhammad very arrogant unreasonable person. Even after showing him how much the new part retailed for he tried to sell me the used one for twice as much. Please stay away at all cost if you dont want to get taken advantage of.

Their phone system prompts you immediately to put an extension number. If you don't know it you are to press zero twice. So I had to put in random numbers since the double zero takes you back to putting in an extension number. Even if I managed to get it ringing. No answer. What a wacky way to never get steady business. I just want a price on an alternator Never got anyone on the phone. What a whacked out system. Ugh.

Called for parts before, they were decent but recently they would answer the phone, reply no and just hang up instead of helping me when trying to ask for other parts. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Best to work with other part places in Houston

Extremely polite, tested part on vehicle before paid for to make sure it worked. took me to the back to make sure it was the right car. Very conscious, he had a broken part of what I needed pulled but then found a whole one which I was willing to pay for broken one. I would stop here when i need parts. I have never been to a yard with people with their attitudes they were awesome and honest.

gave one star because I can't give them a zero. I called to get parts for multiple vehicles and after I gave the first car information I was told they didn't have those parts and got hung up on I don't recommend these people for any parts because of the way they handle their phone business. And when I called her to ask for a manager I was told they do not have one what kind of reputable place does not have a management team

They are great people very professional fair prices no salvage domestic can beat this please. I think the owner Mohammed he is very professional good people,Friendly staff Tony is one of the guys that work out in the back yard mechanic he took care of me and got me all the parts that I needed thank you guys

I needed a front driver's side power window regulator and a rack-and-pinion for my 1994 Camry XLE. After being jerked around by several other places I found these guys and they were AWESOME!!!! They told me over the phone that they had a regulator for $45 but not a rack. When I got there I bought the regulator for the same price they told me before (VERY RARE HONESTY from a parts place). The man also found a steering gear from an Avalon for ONLY $50 that would work on my car. I was a little skeptical but he promised a 30-day money back guarantee on everything and it was a good looking part so I said f*** it and bought it anyway. Now here's where they got my loyalty... EVERYTHING WORKED!!!!!!! Saved myself a boat load of money on repairs - THANKS GUYS!!!!
