I called this business specifically to confirm parts availability and was told the part was available and that I should drive to a location they directed me to.<br><br>That information turned out to be completely inaccurate.<br><br>The location I was sent to did not have the part, did not have engines in the vehicles at all, and denied the pricing information I was given over the phone. I drove nearly an hour (including toll roads) based entirely on the information provided by this company.<br><br>If you cannot verify inventory or locations accurately, you should not be directing customers to drive long distances. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
