I went in for the first time. It's a huge junkyard of many different brand of vehicles and parts all over and some you have to remove yourself. and find you a friend with some tools because you will Need tools to be able to get your part. You to go in walking and they have shuttle bus 🚐 to give you a ride... I had a great time and found my part and a few friends... and also a great price... I saved like 80.00 dollars. I only paid 20.00 for part... Thank You for your help... I'll be back... CANOEPS...

No stars at all. These people are thieves. We went and bought a transfer case for $1500 (cash). When our mechanic put it on, it did not work so, (no big deal) we went back to get another one or our money back. The fast talking lady that helped us was no longer working there, and every employee was pointing at another employee for us to talk to. We don’t expect people to steal from us - so my husband and I were patient and kept waiting for them to call us with the new transfer case they had supposedly ordered. After weeks of waiting, and calling - we were given the owner’s number (Bob). Bob doesn’t have a voicemail and doesn’t answer his phone. He finally answered my husbands call and said he would call him back, but never did. We are now going to the police department to file charges on this company. They will not be stealing from innocent people any longer! Beware to other customers.

I highly recommend them out of every other junk yard I had a special order, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7 Engine. Every other junkyards told me at least 2 weeks. These guys told me a week. And he, Bob, called me four days after i ordered part saying me it is ready. That was freaking fast. I am truly satisfied their service. They did everything they can. %100 good work. Plus they gave me 6 months warranty with unlimited millage and i have been using that engine over year right now with no problem. I am writing these comment because i ordered different engine and Bob called me today saying it is ready. Heck yeah. They are by far best

The only reason it gets a one star is because I had to post at least one to write a review. I called these guys in asked could purchase a car. He told me no and proceeded to hang up in my face. I don’t know what I did to deserve that, but I will not be recommending anyone to go here. I am a firearms trainer, and we frequently purchase complete cars to use for training. I’m in the process of looking for someone that I could purchase multiple cars from, and have a continual relationship in order to purchase more cars in the future. And I’m not the only trainer that’s looking for this. But I will make sure no one calls here looking to purchase cars or parts.

I normally never post anything about any of my experiences but this one takes the cake. I bought a few motors from these guys and one motor was great but the other one I still yet have to receive I've been waiting for 2 months now and haven't gotten my other one. They did try and give me one but once I inspected it that motor was no good I explained I wasn't going to use the motor because the issues it had. So I returned it and a few weeks later they tried to give me the same motor back. I told them no the motor they gave me was no good. So we agreed to another motor and I'm still waiting for it I paid full price for 2 motors and still nothing. I keep getting the run around and keep getting o next Saturday for sure o next Saturday for sure. So please whoever reads this save your time and money.

**Do not do business with this company** Went in to get my transmission fixed, they gave me a price, Brought it in on a Monday SA it would be ready that Friday, called on Thursday they hadn’t worked on it said it would be ready following Monday the labor and parts hadn’t changed but the price went up. I called in on Monday truck still not ready, the truck wasn’t ready till Friday...TWO WEEKS!!! To fix my Vehicle and they hired the price, most ridiculous ordeal I’ve been through, never going back and I suggest you not put yourself through it, I should have read the reviews before had I would have known better. Wish I could give a Negative star.

If could give no stars I would. HIGHLY unprofessional! Sold me a part they did not even have a then gave me 4 days of excuses while trying to find the part. Then even though I had already paid for the part they wanted me to pay more for a part they did not even have because they said they did not charge me correctly the first time! I may be a woman but i am not an IDIOT! Selling a part you do not even have on your lot may be illegal but i will have to look into that. I am thinking Eye Witness News would like to help me find out exactly what type of business this salvage yard is running. And are they doing it legally? What recourse is there when you are false representing what parts you have and then lie about it to the customer and then want them to pay more money? BEWARE!!

I paid 490 and another 500 to have it installed for a used transmission with 2 months warranty but they refused to honor the warranty. 1000 down the drain still having transmission problems. Now i have to buy another one but it seems to my problem them not theirs i would not recommend this to anybody save yourself the headache.

Went for an ECU and it didn't work and they said they would give me another one, it took them 2 weeks for them to call me back just to give me the same one I initially bought, I tried to return it and get my money back but the owner started screaming and called the police for me to leave the property. I wasted $330 and got a part that doesnt work. ! I don't recoment buying here at all!

My dad is a mechanic he became very upset with this place. He paid for a motor and they gave him the wrong one they had originally said he would get. Right before he was about to take that motor and employee there stated the motor wasn't good and was knocking so it wasn't fair he was given that one. My dad then went back in and and talked to a lady that stated she has just returned two weeks ago and wasn't sure what they had in inventory so she could only give him that one and it was perfectly fine. She stated that if something was wrong with the motor she would refund half of the labor he had to put in for his customer. Turns out the motor wasn't good an when he returned she argued with him and didn't refund the labor and gave him another motor. My dad then tried again and the second motor was locked so he became more upset. By the way hes traveling 2 hours to san antonio so he's loosing out even more. This last time he just asked for a full refund and she supposedly spoke to her boss and she argued with him saying over the phone is not gonna give him a refund. My dad then asked to speak with her boss and she said NO she wasn't gonna give him his number. No other option was given to him other then to have them order another one. He will never do business with them again. I wouldn't go to them at all. I wouldn't give them any stars but i didn't have an option.

I will not put my info on here but you can contact the better business beru in san antonio Texas. once we have enough complaints we can put these guys out of business. This place rubbed me the wrong way major. Tried to charge me 120 dollars for a headlight off of a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu. I can get the part brand new for 76 dollars off of Amazon with free shipping. I ended up buying the rear bumper cover for a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara. 200 dollars. Of course they take only cash or cashapp. So I cashapp her the money and she tries to get me to pay taxes after the fact. You would have more returning customers if you treated them respectfully.

Worse place if you make a deposit they don’t pay you back i bought a motor and make a 200 deposit to bring back the old one for the warranty and they never pay me back the motor they sold me didn’t work and didn’t refund my money or get me another motor and its been more then a month and nothing, no money , no deposit , no motor . pay $2800 just for the engine

I went to Junk Yard Dogs to find parts for my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. The employees helped me find what I needed right away, everyone was friendly, and the prices were great. They also have a 90 day guarantee on parts, just in case I have any issues with the parts. I will definitely be back if I need anything else.

This place is trash!! Don’t go!!!! My husband went to buy a transmission well they didn’t have it so they had to order the part. Well days went by my husband called to find out if it was already there she said yes to come pick up well come to find out she order the wrong transmission 🤦🏻‍♀️ ok even after her mistake we went back to take her the wrong including ours. She “reordered” the transmission till now we have not gotten it nor our money everytime my husband would call to find out if it was already ready to be picked up she would put him on hold for the longes time or just simply hang up on him!! 😡 most annoying, rude lady! So took it upon my self to call the police and have them talk to her she told the officer that day that they had till Wednesday 06/6/18 if the part didn’t arrive that day she would do a refund. My husband went on Wednesday To find out if the part had arrived and nothing so he asked her for a refund and she said her boss wasn’t their and hat she couldn’t write a check blah... excuses after excuses. We went back on Thursday’s 6/7/18 and nothing so I went Friday to try to talk to her and she was just being dumb making up lies! Taking them to court... tried to do the right way.

I went in the get a trailer hitch for my truck, something that should have taken maybe 20ish or even 30 min to complete, and waited about an hour and 1/2 before I just left, the other two guys in front of me left moments after I verified the part and they had multiple guys there just waking around doing nothing! Wasted time when I could have went somewhere else and the price was ridiculous too

I looked up the price of a 2004 Honda civic alternator and the estimated price for a brand new one was 84.99 and some Indian accent guy on the phone is going to tell me it costs $289.00 brand new and he'll give it to me for 65 and I told him sir I'm looking at the price for a brand new one right now so then he goes down to 50, if I'm paying for a used alternator that's over 12 years old I'm not paying over $30!!! These guys are ripping people off and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here and waste money.

worst place to buy used parts or motors, this place are thieves including the arab owner i bought a motor for a cadillac they took more then 10 days to have it ready, they call me to pick it up they assure it was in great conditions ready to install , but they knew motor was locked before we pick it up i went back to complaint no refund no exchange for another one no answer from the owner either the arab owner and the other thieves who work for him should be in jail

If I could give this place zero stars I would! This place is TRASH! I've been screwed around for more than 2 weeks already! Then the front lady Roxanne said she'd give me my money back. This place is a joke, I don't recommend this place at all. I bought an engine for 1300 and it was really really back. Bad heads and all... Now they don't want to return my money so yes I made a police report and will be taking them to court really soon... Very disrespectful and unprofessional. My husband sent me to get 2 parts, they gave me the wrong parts to top it off... charge me 80.00 and when my husband called they told him they charge me 50.00 when my receipt said 80.00.. then they told him that if they only have one part they bump up the price versus having several parts. So not right at all... should have done my research but trusted them and only to find out they will screw you if they have a chance.

I wish I could give this place a negative star.. This place was so unprofessional and extremely rude towards my elderly father... The worst mistake they could of made!!!! Messing with my pops is going to make me bring your house down.... Which I did... Got the car back from them, also with the money my pops paid them, and still left with the part the car needed for free..... Bottom line is treat people as if they were your own... Remember without customers your business is nothing.
