No option for zero stars?? That's what they deserve. They don't pick up the phone. Had to drive an hour one way to find out they didn't even know if the part they have listed was good. So I have to take my chances spending money on labor for an "untested " transmission??? At least if they were picking up the phone I won't have to spend time and gas money on a goose chase. Make yourself a favor, buy your parts somewhere else.

Sweet people and I was so blessed to meet Mrs. Hans. They held a alternator for me as it was the only one that was available in the whole NC. I drive from Gibsonville NC to pick it up and Mr. Richard was a blessing as well. They are a people of their word and my car needed a jump to get it back to the mechanic and they are jumping my car off right now. I 100% recommend KING AUTO SALVAGE!
