They need to be more costumer service friendly... I ask about part for a truck and they don't even let you finish asking the question when they already say "NO" Hello this is your business take care of it!!!&&& FOR YOUR INFORMATION MY TRUCK ITS A 2019 FORD F150

Mark is one of the most helpful persons in the used auto parts business, he will not do you wrong. The owners are great people they are highly commited to running this place at top level service.

Helpful staff. They keep inventory of parts in stock and the quoted cost includes the service of them pulling parts for you (can't do it yourself). Competitive prices and they also offer 3.5% discount for paying with cash.

Place like this should not receive a rating because it doesn't deserve to be rated. I had to give it that one star in order to publish my post. Horrible customer service all around, lack of integrity, lack of accountability from the top down, and total disregard for principles. Lots of used part dealership in that area, I will save the headache on this one. This is my first review I have ever written on establishment, and this is warranted because of the piss poor approach. Service representative playing games, manager not being accountable, owner lacking proper customer etiquette . As we speak, I still haven't received a part I ordered and paid for because they neglected to return a part they ordered for me that I paid for (part that was defective). I returned the part and told them to reorder another one since the one I received was defective. Its been 4 weeks now, and needless to say, I still don't have my money nor my part. I still have a copy of the receipt that they signed saying I returned the defective part and they will order a new one. I have been there on 6 occasions to no avail. I am actually playing this one out to see what the outcome will be (eventually, it will cost them more than I paid for on the long run after the business gets dragged to court over principles).

The gentleman at the front desk is very knowledgeable of the parts I was looking for. You can tell that he has been working there for several years. I will definitely go back to A1 self service auto parts and recomend you do the same.

Lack of accountability. Zero integrity. Sold a very expensive part. Guaranteed part was good. The part was bad. After the ton of labor it was to install, found it was not a good part. They admitted part was bad, will not return calls, will not replace part. Claims they will find / get another one. It has been 2 months. I bet they hope we go away. I will not rest until the Moe owner is bankrupt / in jail for fraud... and they are gone. Ten years ago they may have been decent. I would not get a part there now even if it was free. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN !!!!!!!!!! If I could leave them negative one star or zero I would.
