I called to make sure they had the car i needed they confirmed, then they asked what part i needed i told them it was a oil filter housing for the transmission, everywhere else they charge 6.99 for it. They said no i cant sell you that cause then noone will want to buy the transmission its either you buy the whole transmission or you cant buy it at all, i kindly left it at that and said, okay nevermind thank you. If you have a salvage yard being specific on what parts you sell to people, especially if they just went and took the part out and now have to be rejected, will leave you without business. Went to another yard and got it no problem. I recommend osceola salvage, orlando pull and pay or central florida u pull. I dont recommend this yard.

Thieves! Thieves! Thieves! After some else crash my daughters car. This towed company came and hook the car up. I told the driver of the tow truck that I wanted my car towed to a specific auto chop and he said NO I will take it mine. I ask him why? he said those where the rules! I told him I did no agreed with that and my preferred chop was down the street (1.3miles away)and he said no b/c he had to prove the car was mine. I told him I could provide the license and registration and he said NO it can not be done like that. (the cops where there like 15 feet away) I have to take it to my shop put it in the computer and then they can release the car after i can prove its yours. The driver did not give me anymore options just for him to take my car to his junk yard against my will got on the truck and left me standing there. I went to the officer that was handling the crash the officer called the dispatcher and then he brought the car back after 45 minutes and said the driver should have giving me options. So this drive obviously lied and took the my car against my will to a destination that I did not agreed on. In my opinion that should or it is illegal!! The officer told the driver that he should only charge me for hooking up the car and guess what! The driver charge me $125 for just hooking up a car. There is no company in Florida that charges that amount for just hooking up a car. What a rip off and disrespectful thing to do! FORCE YOU TO TAKE YOUR CAR WHERE EVER THEY WANT AND LIE!
