Came here 5 months ago, got a front drive shaft used... when I called they quoted me $60. Drove 2 hours to get there, had no idea where to look for the part, finally a nice fellow that worked there helped me find the part, since the old one was still attached to my vehicle, he got down under the car, measured it and then found my part. (Very nice fellow).<br>I go to pay, and this old lady comes across the phone screaming " No! Not $60, It'll be $120! And I want the old one!".<br>5 months later, turns out the same used drive shaft needed to be replaced. I called them again to see if they had another, eventhough i was being told by my mechanic $120 was way too much for that part the first time, and i hear this old lady screaming again! " $150 plus exchange!".<br>And you have to take out the old one to compare. (I know this is a lie cause it didn't come out to compare the first time!). I have the measurements, but they'd rather lie!<br>Don't ever give them business, The only good thing about them is the fellow who helped me the first time. I was gonna tip him for his help but this OLD lady doubled the price!<br>One star is way too good a rating i wish they had negative numbers to rate!! -5* true rating!<br>Just ordered a brand new drive shaft $137.00<br>Maple rapids auto parts don't back their parts and are straight up thieves!!<br>Never again!<br>Will rip off the working man... horrible place of business!

Bought my dad a rim on Friday for $132 because he broke his and they sold me a rim with a Crack already in it. When I went to return it I was told no I could only replace it. (After the weekend we had gotten my dad a new matching rim for his truck so I no longer needed one) ended up settling for loosing $12 for the credit card fee and tax and took $120 credit after their mistake. Will be using my $120 credit and never going back.

The owner George was a very reasonable guy until his wife started running the business. Now they have absolutely no idea what the parts are you calling for they don't know how much they cost until you have to come and pull them. And if you decide you do not like the parts that you are trying to locate they accuse you of stealing. I believe George is a good man but whoever that lady is dictating how a scrap yard runs I'm surprised it's still open it won't be much longer. They told me $575 for an axle that I got for $140 20 mi away oh and no warranties expressed or given and I expect core exchange I want to work for this company and I have done business with this company for over 20 years closing in on 30 nothing here I have said is a lie
