Great service. I called for prices on two trucks I had to scrap. Amanda was very friendly, informative and gave me very reasonable prices. Drivers came within time frame and both were very friendly. Omar came and zipped vehicle right on out. Eric came for other, had a few issues with it but it all worked out and truck was gone. Highly recommend if you need to get rid of vehicles that don't run and you can't tow. Everyone was great.

These guys customer service is awful. Tired to order a engine from them. After 2 weeks and 12 phone calls I was finally able to get a call back. At this point I was hesitant to give them money. They informed me they will not ship parts. They should take all their listings off car-part if they don't want to sell parts. Thanks for the run around.

Super unprofessional: Antonio called me a liar. He said I can't walk in with cans after another employee said it was ok, plus I walked in two days previous with no issues. I plead my case and he implied that I was lying about the whole thing. WTAF! (Yes I know what the sign says which is why I asked first before bringing anything in. Your man gave me the green light.)

Had a great experience their... Price was more then fair,and the guys at the desk were helpful.. I read other reviews and not sure what some people are talking about as far as poor customer service, i didn't see it,they were very helpful with me and explained how to collect..you cant make everyone happy i guess I will definitely be coming back as soon as i have another load ...and i got a can of cold water out of them,,bonus!!! Thanks guys

The customer service was rude. I called once and got hung up on, assumed it was an accident. I called them back and after asking if said part was available I was told it already sold and before i could even ask if there was another one in stock, I was immediately hung up on. I would never recommend anyone to go through them for anything!

I needed an instrument cluster for my Toyota. They had the correct part for a GREAT price, AND shipped it to me in two days to southern Missouri. hands down would recommend and use for future used part needs.

I took 13ibs of copper to get $1.00 they said I didn't pull the covering off, I was told they had a machine for that. I lost my $1.00 I walked from 61st Morgan so I got a cardio workout 😁 I give them 3🌟because I grew up in that neighborhood. We use to get big blocks of ice, and we also use to ice skate in that area if my memory is right.

They're not very professional with business's and they cheat you on your pricing.... on 07/13/22 called for a price on scrap he told me $140 a ton, everyone else was paying $160 a ton take your scrap to Metro Recycling 13546 S Western Ave or J & B Scrap Metals Inc 6301 S Bell Ave

Don't do any work for this company they are scam artists they hired my company to do work for them when I told them I need payment upon completion they no longer needed my services I think it was their plan to not pay me and just do the work and get it for free so this review is to save anybody else from wasting their time
