Needed a tire hoist for my promaster. Talked to Roy at UNI, and he directed me here. They had the part and tested it on the vehicle to make sure it worked. the gentleman who removed it was fantastic. And what a great price. Highly recommend this salvage yard for your parts.

I just called to ask for a simple door handle and that was the rudest phone call i have ever had. The phone was answered immediately however she was just talking to her coworkers about something completely unrelated as i was waiting for a response. Then when she finally said hello it was in the rudest tone ever and she asked me like 2 questions said no and hung up on me. i have never experienced worse customer service.

Called to see if they had a tire rim to match my car. A guy search his stock and found one. It was in great shape. Went in paid for it and left! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't offer to put the rim in my car for me. Wouldn't stop me from returning though.

My car was broken in and I had to replace the window and I found this Mittag auto parts. Got me a perfect match with a very good price. I was very angry with whomever broke into my car but this Mittag place made me feel a whole lot better. Good people working here!!

All the reviews are fake with fake account. They make me drive 2 hours and they confirm that they have 2 parts I need and after I show up they send me to the yard with one of the employee and they said sorry we can’t find the parts. Be careful wasting your time

Buyers beware; they overcharge for restocking fee. Even if they say that, you get a 30—day warranty. They also will not admit if they have sold you a defective product for example: a “transmission”. As for my experience, they have become to me a very “UNTRUSTWORTHY” used part store.

the sales person names junior is very unpolite, rude, and liying about the parts ,he give us the incorrect parts and he excuse when you tried to exchange it , i dont recomend you to buy on this bussines , is better opcion buy on auto depot salvage parts whit gilberto nice and honestly peolpe or LD trading with joaquin or mike the owner of the bussines very nice an respect , honestly people. dont lose your money people on this bussines mittag

I wish I could give a lower review. I called this location to see if a certain vehicle was there and was hung up on four times by a woman that kept telling me to "come see her in her face." Horrible service. I'm actually appalled by her behavior.

Bad Service they don’t have good customer service who’s coming there for years but this is my last time because they sold me a wrong computer and when I went back to them they said there is no warranty on it they charge me $75 i’ll find one in eBay for $25

IF I COULD USE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. I BOUGHT AN ENGINE AND IT WAS INSTALLED BY AN ASE MASTER .TECH. THE ENGINE HAS A 30 DAY WARRANTY. THE TIMING BELT BROKE AFTER 5 DAYS AND BENT THE VALVES. MITTAG SAID WE DAMAGED THE ENGINE WHEN THE ENGINE WAS INSTALLED. IN OTHER WORDS THEY WILL NOT WARRANTY THE ENGINE. IM SCREWED OUT OF $1700.00..

Called this place, and they give some outrageous prices, litterly parts were cheaper Oem NEW, i hope they can pick up a better call service for this industry, but by the looks of it they have been down the same rd with old reviews, Plz do some research on part prices instead of practicing gouging
