Phone rings about 30 times before answering and then passed around or put on hold several minutes. This from multiple times calling. I decided to quit calling. I buy lots of parts all over town. So I know what I’m saying. Not one time buyer. I called because listed price was cheaper than other but turned out parts are damaged and reason for cheaper price. Don’t bother with these clowns.

Very rude worker I called to see if they had oxygen sensors and I didn’t even get to ask my question fully and he cut me off saying “no no no we don’t sale that” like ok ? I didn’t even get to ask what I need he just cut me off again saying “we only sell big parts” they don’t even have a website and if they did I would of look there first before calling but even if I do need “Big Parts “ I won’t come here

WORST EVER SOLD ME A BAD MOTOR- DELAYED PICK UP OF MOTOR SO I COULD GET A REFUND ($1900.00). TOLD ME DAY AFTER DAY THEY WERE PICKING IT UP. THEN TOLD ME "IF I WAS SO F----- worried about it to drop the motor off my self" --- HMM quick to take the $$ but nothing else. I asked to speak to a MGR, Accounting and "NO ONE IS AVAILABLE" .

It is a salvage yard. They have used parts . You look for car parts . They are helpful. It is a big yard. They probably have just about every car part you could imagine.
