I went in to purchase a jack for my jeep. Sales person politely offered to carry it out to my jeep. I told manager I was borrowing his employee for a minute. That was very sweet. Thank you O'Reilly for your kindness. Jack was reasonable price.

Both locations said they had universal radiator hose, but had no way to cut it. No point in carrying it if you can't sell it.

We needed a fuel filter and Larry was very kind, and helpful we really appreciate all his help it was already late at night. This man was so professional and we need more people like this.
