I always get great service from this store location. They are not prefect, no auto part store is physical or online. But in most situations they do a great job. I buy things I need quickly most of the time. I call around too. O'Reilly's is close by also. I just like this store more. The staff are great and they seem to have the right customer service attitude. I don't get that at many auto parts stores.

Mr Waylon Terry is the most intelligent and trustworthy, and also he is extremely knowledgeable about his work and products. If he can't find it or order it or make it for you, that part don't exist. He has gone far above and beyond normal customer service every time I visit his store. Went there so they could tell me what the error code on my car was. The employees were very friendly and helpful and let me know exactly what it was and fixed it for me. The store was very clean and organized. They are the kind of people that would talk you through everything and help you. I wish more places were like this. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. They also gave just about everything in stock and if they don't they can order it quickly and their prices are very fair as well. They also will allow you to use their tools which is a very big help. I'm glad we went there and will definitely be back again.
