I can't say enough good things about my experience with Haulin' Trash. They provide excellent customer service. They're responsive, they show up when they're supposed to, they're team (including the owner) very friendly and helpful. They're monthly fee and junk removal fee are very reasonable. I haven't had good customer service in years. I am so impressed with them, I asked the owner if I could help him advertise.Services: Furniture removal, Junk removal

They show up Every Time - no more sitting on hold to complain about missed pickups!! Prompt and pleasant response to all inquiries. We live near the woods, and we have a "friendly" racoon who likes to open our trash and spread it everywhere. Our final solution has been to use crazy strong vice grips to keep the lids closed. We try our best to get to the cans early in the morning to remove them before HT does pick-up, but we've missed one or two times.I am so pleased to say that the HT team took the extra time to remove the vice grips, empty the trash, and then put them back on!! This is simply amazing!And did I mention that they’ve never missed a date and respond to any inquiries nearly immediately? I never thought I would enjoy a trash company so much! #adulting
