My company placed order via phone with Henry in sales on 9/24/2024. He promised to have it delivered by 9/26/24 to no avail. Called daily was told it was on truck and i would be the next delivery. On Monday 9/30/2024 called from the service shop because part still wasn’t delivered to speak directly with Henry again and cancelled the order. Henry became argumentative and very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company or location to do business with. This will be reported to the BBB due to still not receiving a refund.

If you're looking for junkyard parts for your car and or trucks this is a great place to try. Bring your own tools and pull your own parts $2 to get on the yard.

I took two trips, 1 to see what they had, and then another to pick the part. Smooth and easy purchase. Pulling the part went super smooth as well. It has been awhile since I was here, but will come here more oftern for sure

Very clean yard! Cars are easy to get to& organization of cars by Row& numbers are easy to find. Yard is much smaller than Chesterfield Auto but I always seem to find what I'm looking for at Pop's First 🥇

Very clean yard with a good selection. Only thing I've noticed is that the cars in the lot stay the same for so long that so many of them all are already picked pretty clean. However, what is left is super clean - not the yards fault that people wanna come pick their parts here! Overall they have really great prices on OEM parts and they offer warranties for basically everything if you want that. Definitely recommend this place for spare chrysler parts which is mainly what I go here for

Very helpful staff. Convenient location on 360. Well organized. Cars lifted on wheel rims and grouped by manufacturer. Very reasonable pricing. Pop's has helped keep my wife's Concorde in usable condition, when parts were no longer available from dealer and not produced by aftermarket. I highly recommend this auto parts yard.

Alot of cars and trucks to pull parts from, new stuff added all the time. The yard is clean and organized, definitely the best place in Richmond to get used car parts. Staff seems friendly enough, inventory updated regularly.

Give property. Called ahead, they were clear they had what I was looking for but unsure if what I wanted was out there or not. I did find what I needed, and super awesome pricing. I'll be back for other needs in the future!

I called to check and see if they have a certain set of tires before I drive all the way out there on a spare tire just for them to not have what I need, and the person was honestly the most unhelpful person. She said I HAD to be there in person and "look for them yourself." Last time I checked, digging up the parts is the junk yards job. Person didn't seem to have a clue what she was talking about... went with a tire repair place instead, they were excellent, gave a precise pricing and not just a huge ball park figure (she said it was $10-$50 aka could cost between $40 and $200 for a set... not helpful) and the tire repair shop actually knew their stuff...

Better off going across the road to Bruce's auto parts and have them pull the part for ya. Pops is the typical pull your own part junk yard.... If your lucky enough to find a vehicle that you need, chances are the part is gone or destroyed!

The staff are great. They will check their system to make sure that they have the vehicle you are looking for or something compatible. Tons of good vehicles to pull parts from and the inventory is always changing.

Prices are decent. Didnt like that I was charged for a completely destroyed rotor, because I wasnt able to separate it from a hub and knuckle assy on the yard. Other than that good selection, friendly staff!

Drove all the way out here because this site told me it was open on Sundays 10-4. Don't bother, its a lie. I don't know why they dont fix that but thanks for the waste of gas. Guess I'll have to come back another day. Other than that disappointment its a nice yard full of treasures. Helped me quite a few times.

No prices and won’t tell you a price until you pay to enter the lot go find the part pull it then they will tell you the price this is the only one I have ever seen like this and I have been to pick and pulls from northern va to nc so I ended up finding and pulling the tail light I needed and ended up not being able to get it cause I didn’t have enough cash for it and had to pay $2 for this inconvenience

An excellent place to find the parts that you need. Well organized. Vehicles are grouped together by make & model. This makes it very easy to see all everything available.

Decent yard. semi-Organized (brands are mixed but trucks are separate of cars). They can give a price over phone or on location before you enter yard. Make sure u get name of person and date you recieved quote if u call and are laying some $$ down (drivetrain parts etc.). Pay warranty price if you have any doubts about your parts. Returns only get credit for future purchases. Thats becoming the standard at the yards now with the economy and all. Its used parts so you are taking a gamble with some parts vs. new or rebuilt. Some research doesn't hurt on the part you are searching for (common dead part..even on the junk cars) chances if yours is broke the junk yard may have cars with same broken part. I feel for the person who had a crappy experience. It is possible to have a decent experience tho. You just have to take a few steps to protect yourself. Bring tools with. I can't tell you how many people I lended a helping hand to by lending a wrench or 2. A five gallon bucket helps with hand tools. Bring cash for your entrance fee. They won't take plastic for it. (I had to spot the dude in front of me for his daughter so the line would move on...no biggie but its a delay). Everyone who enters has to pay even your teenager (there is a minimum age for your children parents..think like 15yr. call ahead). Never had a issue with the employees. They wanna see parts separate of tools...you know the drill. Show your handstamp when u come back in. See you at the yard!
