    Absolutely horrendous customer service and lack of competence. Hispanic man was absolutely rude over a simple question i was asking. proceeded to escalate the situation. Management staff did nothing in response or even correct his behavior in a " professional work place " would not let such a horrible person be an image for any business

    Worst service period. Called and put in a invoice over a week ago for a rear carrier, while on the phone I was told 2 days wait time for the part. Went and paid for the part the next day. Here it is now a week and two days later, finally called them back to find out if it had been pulled yet or not, and was told yes but not given any sort of reasoning for why it took so long and when asked if there was anything that they do for customer satisfaction for waiting so long was told nope, they can't offer a discount, or anything for satisfaction of the customer. 👍🏼 Good looking ill be making sure to go elsewhere in the future always, and make sure to tell everyone I know just how terrible they are.

    Don’t buy engines with this people!! Only have bad engine!! Don’t waste your time this people is terrible we buy 2 engine always crack !!!

    90 day warranty is 90 days. I get it. I didn't get to try it before that time was over. But if you sell me a $1250 bricked ecm and I have all the proof to back it up that seems a bit unfair to me. (I sent it to one of the best tuners in the country. Not a dealer. Feel free to ask which one.

    Very nice and friendly. We had to wait for a little bit while they cleared the drive so we could pull through, but the machine operator was nice and apologized for the wait. It was also very cool to watch him operate the claw and magnet to move the metal.

    In regards to the reply, I sent multiple emails no reply, after offering a shipping label Worst communication I’ve ever encountered. Drag things along for a week trying to get a part, nobody answers the phone, email back and forth, just for them to go completely silent after multiple attempts at getting an item shipped and even willing to provide a prepaid label to guarantee a delivery date I required.

    First time doing business these and my experience was awesome!! On Friday evening 6/10/22 my A/C compressor died. Everywhere I called quoted me a price of $350 and up. A friend recommended Strouds. Call them and they had compressor for a fraction of the price.($75). They informed me it would be ready Monday evening. Took off old compressor and they call me Monday evening as promised. Couldn’t make there before closing because of traffic and they leth compressor outside of gate. Just put new compressor on and a/c working better than before. Thanks for a awesome job!! I will definitely be back and will recommend all my family and friends!!

    I found the service to be friendly and helpful. I was able to pay online for a part, and they were able to get it for me promptly. This was very different from another auto parts shop, that told me they had an item in stock, and after driving 40 minutes, was told they did not and I could order a new part for $65 more. I highly recommend them!

    Rude and inefficient, asked if they had part.... told would call me back 2 hrs later after checking. DID NOT call back. I did call 2 more times that day finally promised a call next morning . At this time just needed to know If they had part and if it matched my part numbers ....that's all I was asking , didnt need it in hand or mail at that moment !!! Just do u have it or should I move on???? No call next day and then got attitude when I call trying to find out info promised me 24 hours ago. Just rude! Do what u promise and only promise what u can do. Buy elsewhere if possible these folks are jokes.

    The workers here seem to try their best to get you your parts as fast as they can and have great prices, my only advice is to make sure you know what you have. It speeds up the process a lot. On the scrap side of things, the boys working the smaller scale on the inside were informative and were willing to talk about what metal was what and why it was what it was. They aren't afraid to answer your questions about it. Will definitely be coming back!

    Quick and no hassle. We’re very helpful. You drive onto the scale and have to wait a minute for the scale to give you the green light. Warning: I recommend wearing boots as it gets muddy.

    TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service! Beware, they are not HONEST. Inquired about an engine on 7/20/20 and was told that it was first on the shelf and I could get it in 2 days for $250 delivery fee, which I thought was high, but willing to pay because I needed it. After no delivery, I then called back and was told it was still in the vehicle and had to be pulled out. I was sent an invoice on 7/22 and paid immediately. Was expecting to have the engine by 7/24 since they told me 2 days to ship. Here it is 7/30 and still no engine. I called on 7/30 to get a tracking number and was told by the gentleman that he would call back with information, but no call back and they closed at 5pm so I could not call back. I am so frustrated with this business that I requested a refund. This company has waste my time, my mechanics time and my customers time. Waiting on an engine that was to be delivered in 2 days makes me look bad to my customer. I would not do business with this company if you are not local and can not go to their yard and see the part(s) you want. They said they sent a refund, but I am still waiting. I will follow-up with information. ALL I SAYING IS BEWARE; AND R STROUD SHOULD BE FAIR!

    Terrible customer service and honestly I don’t know how they have any business at all. It’s the first salvage yard I’ve been to where they don’t let you in. They don’t show you what you’re about to buy. There’s a big sign that says “All sales are final”. In my instance, I called about a transmission. Everything was good and I had planned to drop the required $360 for them to go ahead and pull the part and have it ready for me. This is where it starts getting fishy. My dad shows up to pay the man and make sure the transmission I’m getting is actually a good transmission. They refused to let him in saying “I don’t let nobody in my yard” and wouldn’t even let him look at the car to see if it was wrecked in front or in back. So with no view of the car, not being able to look at the transmission or check the dipstick at least, no real guarantee that the part I’m getting is even gonna work, and absolutely zero customer service skills, I decided that this place is wayyy too shady to buy from. I honestly don’t see what the big deal is with letting someone see what they’re about to buy but it is what it is. Be careful if you do purchase from them.

    Will never go back. First time dealing with a junk yard and last time! They were not friendly, people just look at you, not one smile. Period, no customer service skills. They said they had the part. Got there 12:30 left at 159. No part. Wouldn't ever recommend them.

    Ordered a replacement car seat and was quickly shipped a seat but of the wrong color than advertised. Never received what was advertised by the seller. Sent messages offering the seller the opportunity to rectify the situation and have since received a refund in full. Although I was disappointed the owner stood by their mistake and made it right. I would recommend this business despite their error

    Bought a used Tire from them...charged $35 for a tire that didn't have much tread left... had to wait & it took them 30mins to get the tire & that was after I called & asked about buying one & told them I was on the way!! Kinda acted like I didn't know the "secret handshake" or maybe because I'm a woman I was just bothering them... Will use them again, but only if I can't find what I need anywhere else... Sept. 28 2018 - Yes sir your staff charged me $35 for just a tire.. not on the rim.. just the tire!! My father was with me & pretty sure he paid with a credit card!! I know what was paid for & what I recieved.. To the owner.. took over a year to answer my review.. then you say what I stated was incorrect?? Figures...

    First off they have terrible customer service. When a customer is paying you money for a part, especially 400 plus dollars they expect to get what they pay for. I recieved part of my part i purchased and when my mechanic looked over the part there were no hoses or brake lines. Whoooooa dont u think you should let your customera know that before you take their money!!!! Now something that would cost me 300 dollars to be fixed is now going to cost me 400 plus more dollars to get fixed and when i called he could care less....you shouldnt do people like that. That should be something you let people know ahead of time...needless to say i will not be coming back to this place...thank you but no thank you

    I've purchased alternators for a BMW and a Honda Odyssey here. I've also bought a fender for the same Odyssey. Each time the part was pulled and waiting for me when I arrived. Quick, easy, and great service. They're my go to around here for used parts.

    Stroud's makes it easy to drop off and get paid for your scrap metal. The back of the scrap yard takes large metal items of all types. They have several pieces of heavy equipment the staff uses to help you unload. They take aluminum and copper inside the building. Stroud's staff is knowledgeable and helpful, answering any questions you have. I understand they also sell parts here although I want here to purchase anything. I will definitely be back for my scrap metal needs. And maybe parts should I ever need any.

    Great place for your scrap metal drop off and recycling. They also have inventories of all makes/models on lot... So you don't have to go parts picking. They know exactly what they have on their computer.

    The employees there are really nice. I enjoy going there because they help you with your stuff. If they make a mistake; they don't mind making things right.

    They took great care of me. Threw in the extra effort to color match. Part was wrong, they swapped for the correct part with a smile. Will be back. Recommend them for sure.
