I found the service to be friendly and helpful. I was able to pay online for a part, and they were able to get it for me promptly. This was very different from another auto parts shop, that told me they had an item in stock, and after driving 40 minutes, was told they did not and I could order a new part for $65 more. I highly recommend them!

I called to simply ask if they had a part I saw online. A lady answered, and in a slightly rude way, said "HOLD". I did. For 30 minutes. I wouldn't have waited that long normally but I had it on speaker phone while I worked. I finally hung up, never speaking with them. Reading some past reviews, this is not an anomaly. Do better

This is the 2nd time they have done this to me. I called for copper prices, they told me the prices are $2.20 for #1 insulated and .97 cents for regular insulated copper. Then when I sell the copper and get the money and receipt it’s $1.32 a pound for #1 insulated and .29 cents for regular insulated. I called around and was thinking they had the highest prices but I got scammed. I could have sold it for $1.90 a pound at saddlers in Henderson.

Closed on Saturday! We went with a whole load and they been closed for 2yrs on Saturdays 😢. Unreal. Who has time during the week mon- Fri that works a real job to come here .... Smh. Only open Mon thru fri

Rude and inefficient, asked if they had part.... told would call me back 2 hrs later after checking. DID NOT call back. I did call 2 more times that day finally promised a call next morning . At this time just needed to know If they had part and if it matched my part numbers ....that's all I was asking , didnt need it in hand or mail at that moment !!! Just do u have it or should I move on???? No call next day and then got attitude when I call trying to find out info promised me 24 hours ago. Just rude! Do what u promise and only promise what u can do. Buy elsewhere if possible these folks are jokes.

Bought a used Tire from them...charged $35 for a tire that didn't have much tread left... had to wait & it took them 30mins to get the tire & that was after I called & asked about buying one & told them I was on the way!! Kinda acted like I didn't know the "secret handshake" or maybe because I'm a woman I was just bothering them...Will use them again, but only if I can't find what I need anywhere else...Sept. 28 2018 -Yes sir your staff charged me $35 for just a tire.. not on the rim.. just the tire!!My father was with me & pretty sure he paid with a credit card!! I know what was paid for & what I recieved..To the owner.. took over a year to answer my review.. then you say what I stated was incorrect?? Figures...
