Ricks auto .. has very nice staff.. although I had an issue with the engine I bought ... they did everything they could to make sure I became a happy customer. They took a few hours with me to look over the engine,trying to figure out where the problem was coming from . Took time out of there schedule every time I had a question and in the end stood up to there word on warranty.. even though I didn't end up keeping it , they never let me down and gave me tons of advice to help me get the car back on the road .... would go back there in a heart beat !!!!

Great customer service good prices and many Subaru parts

Known them for nearly 20 years. Always professional and honest. They work hard and pass the day dealing with customers who can be, shall we say, difficult. Dealing with used items is not and easy thing to do, and they have been doing it forever.

Amazing people very informative and helpful

This auto shop service is very bad. I bought a part that broke down in three months. The person said that there is only one month warranty. Of all the auto shops that I went to, they all come with at lease 6 months warranty. Only this auto shop didn't. And also the products there are very expensive. I wouldn't never go here again and I won't recommend this auto shop.
