This place is a SCAM. I ordered a part for my truck to be shipped to Florida. The conversation seemed very legit. Made a full payment via Zelle. Since they received my payment, there has been NO responses from any of my messages. No shipping information. Never received the item. DO NOT USE RIO'S AUTO RECYCLING!!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

I order a part. I was kind of iffy cause there’s a lot of scammers out there. I found them on Facebook, so they said send half a payment when I get the part send the other half OK then they said I had to pay for the insurance of shipment that was 160. They did not tell me anything about that so I was iffy again I try to get a hold of the shipping place that they were using there was no number no nothing so I asked for the payment that I have gave back and they said that they were not going to and that they were gonna take further action if I don’t pay the other half. They’re crazy. It’s a scam. Be careful.
