I hate going to car dealers, you get the pressure sales pitch, the carnival atmosphere and you always feel like your getting screwed somewhere. I’ve sent many friends there as well and about 16 vehicles in total have been purchased from them, no problems at all from me and my friends. Their vehicles are next to new and well below sticker. I just bought an 2005 dodge ram 2500 from sawmill auto everyone there was great and true to their word. Steve my salesman was absolutely awesome he went through the truck with me told me everything I needed to know and the team at sawmill auto waited just about two hours after they were supposed to have closed cause I hit traffic bad coming from ct sawmill auto will always have my business from here on out and last but not least Dolores and her partner in the off really take the time through paperwork and go over everything you guys are all amazing thank you again I love my truck

Zero Star is the real Grade. Sales rep states CLEAN part with no damage. Part arrives damage, so sent photo to sales rep John. He states small ding only $25 worth of damage to be fix… REALLY!!! $25 to repair that damage probably in 1960. This is the reason why people call these places JUNK yard.

These guys are great. I just bought a new 2021 Nissan Rogue with 100 miles on it. This was my first time buying a rebuilt title vehicle from Saw Mill Auto.

I have only good things to say about sawmill, got a great deal on a 2021 Honda odyssey with cosmetic hail damage. Clyde was professional and polite. An overall smooth and great experience.Piece of advice, if you see a car on the website that you like call them up to put down a refundable deposit so they hold the vehicle for you for a day or two.

Saw Mill is hands down the best place to get a car. I've bought two cars from them already, and have recommended them to other family members and friends. The website was great, always updated, and we even went through their financing partner, LightStream, and that process was easy as well. Their prices are MORE than fair, their cars have great value and variety, and most importantly their service is BEYOND what you would expect from any dealership. Brutal. Tried ordering a part for 3 days was told they would ship it gave me a total price then never responded tried calling to get the guy i talked to and got nowhere only to be told they are keeping them for local flood cars. Sawmill has and old history, but it's been brutal trying to order from them lately and this is my last.

From start to finish they provided superior service. Great communication and smooth transaction. I could not be happier with my experience. I have already referred a friend!
