Called this establishment Looking for a cylinder head for a 2007 Hyundai Elantra, Sales man “BOZ” confirmed that the cylinder head was available. I asked if he could confirm and put his hands on the part because I would be driving 2 1/2 hours to pick this part up. He confirms that he does have the part.I drive out to this establishment, and find out that they didn’t have the part. I explain to him once again that I traveled a very long distance to acquire this part that he told me he had. He picked up the phone and called another salvage yard down the street to see if they had one, he told me that they had one and it was ready for pick up. I started heading that direction and something told me to call that establishment and confirm what he had told me. After calling, they told me that they had already told the other gentleman they did not have the part at their location it was at their storage lot and would have to be pulled and would take 2 days.I turned back around and returned to United for an auto and truck parts. I spoke with same sales man and explained that simply telling someone what he thinks they want to hear just to get them to leave is not good business practice. “He said I’m glad you’re back we found one in the back come with me” he gave me a complete motor with the cylinder head on it and told me that it was checked and was in good working condition. He also told me that if it was no good for some reason he would fully refund my money.Well guess what it was a bad motor and bad cylinder head. I called to let him know that the part that he sold me was bad. His response was I’m sorry we do not give refunds. It’s unfortunate that This establishment will say anything to get your money even if they know the the parts they are selling you are bad.

The gentleman that help us was very nice and knowledge. He helped us right away and we got the part we couldn't find at 2 other junkyards.

I stopped in yesterday to grab a tail light.. They offer great prices, even beat the price I found online. The owner is practicing all protocols required for covid while on the property. I'll be back again...

I purchased a transmission and had it installed here. After visiting and contacting several other places, United Foreign offered the best price, and they were very honest and upfront. I received great customer service and quality work from these guys! Irfan helped me every step of the way, and I was totally satisfied. Hopefully I don't have anymore problems with my car, but if I do, I would definitely return.

I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry engine from Irfan a few days ago. It was well packaged and very clean. I just finished installing the engine and it runs very well. I would definitely recommend checking with these guys if you are in the market for used auto parts. Good business. A++

Picked up a compressor from them that had a bad clutch, which I understand happens, they're pulling parts from used cars. I called them to have them get me a new one, which they were happy to do, but...When I started trying to get them to understand how they can check (very easily, takes one second, literally) if the clutch on the compressor was good before they tried to sell me another one because it's an hour round trip for me, they didn't even want to hear it. No customer service here. I'll be calling other yards.

As a detailing business, often we have to deal with restore or replace interior or exterior parts. If customer's budget is limited and can't afford new OEM or aftermarket parts, we call this place! I had to go couple times to junk yards to get parts for my car. Each time i was having hard time to find the parts i need. I end up going United and they always help me find the parts for me.Most important parts are ,people work there are very friendly and prices are reasonable

Had a blown engine on my Toyota. They found me one and even replaced with 3 month warranty, cheaper than any quotes I had gotten from mechanic shops. Had been 4 month and still runs good! THank you, really appreciate this!
