Our first time going to the auto parts and my husband was looking for some rotors and they made sure he got what he needed and he asked for another item, they didn't have it but they took his name and number and said they will keep him posted on the item and the other way around.. he was very satisfied with their prices

They had what I needed, knew exactly where it was, and provided it for a fair price. I doubt there is another yard of this quality in the region.

Called about 3 weeks ago about a part, and went to get it and sold seat and buckle

Great parts yard. They let me go out to the car with them and pick the parts I need and then they removed them for me.

I have bought 4 tires on two separate occasions, at Waugh Auto Parts. The tires I was sold, were exceptionally nice, for used tires. They had the exact size I wanted, in very good brand names, all for an extremely fair price. I was allowed to look at a vast selection of tires and pick the pair I liked most. They did this for me, on both visits. I really liked that. The tires I bought are still in use today. I have had ZERO problems from them. I DO recommend Waugh auto parts, often. I live in Gadsden and it is always worth the drive. Friendly, knowledgable, polite but no nonsense service. Those guys are always hard at work, so they get you in and out and on your way.

If I could give them no stars, I would. When I was finally able to get the part I needed for my car, by calling way ahead of time at Waugh, they told me they had it and it'd be ready for pickup. I had to ride from Piedmont on a very unstable car to get my part, then on to a mechanic to put it in. We get there and this old man and younger man are at the front desk with dip and chips plus drinks. A football game was going on so, ...that was way more important. They hardly looked away from the screen to ask our questions. Only one person there was helpful enough to work the computer and find where we had called in for. After a distraught look on his face and about 20 minutes in the backroom and on the walky talky. All this while the old man just slowly dips his chips into his dip, not even looking away from the TV! The young man comes back to tell me, ....they don't have it. After calling, then them saying they'd "hold" it. I said, so I just drove up here and wasted my gas all for nothing? To which they replied, Im sorry ma'am. I guess so. Now, ...back to that football game,..chip, then dip. I try to usually put great reviews, but I have never gotten service like this. It wasn't service at all. It was just truly, straight up, pure don't give a s!@t. I will NEVER come back here, nor world I recommend anyone going here, least not on game day.

Service was great. They where able to find what I needed. They had it all on file and they made it an easy process. The pricing was very reasonable.

Excellent place to do business with parts are always in good condition.
