Disrespectful, tried to startle me an tell me what he thought I had. junk while laughing and touching my back with out my permission I. Did not look like i belonged to the petting zoo. Additionally the person who weighed our metal made clear and obvious mistakes an altered the total weight.

Called ahead to make sure they weren't closing early on a Saturday. Hours say until 11:30am. I arrived at 11:10am after driving 30 min to get there and the gate was closed. One of the guys came over and said I was too late and needed to get there earlier and that they leave at 11:30. If that is the case why don't they post the hours as closing at 11am. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I even had an easy load all sorted mostly aluminum and brass radiators. Would have only taken 10 to 15 min to process. Hopefully they can figure it out.
