I went to ZB salvage today and picked up a door for my car that was hit by a driver with no insurance. Derek and his employee sorry forgot your name. We're so professional courteous and due to the fact of not being able to get the door into my car to bring home they replaced it right then and there for me. Excellent customer service. I will be going back next week for several more parts for my car

Excellent communication, easy to work with. They stand behind their warranty with used parts. Not every sale can go perfect, occasionally when something does happen, it’s how well the company makes up for it. This time I got a bad engine but they made things right. Good company to work with and I will do business with them again.
