My car was hit pretty hard in a campus parking lot, and B&R drivers showed up, communicated clearly about my options, and handled the situation with grace and expertise. My car sat in the lot for nearly 3 weeks while I tried to work with insurance, and every time I made a phone call to check in, I was met with excellent and compassionate customer service. John in particular has been so kind to me, and I really appreciate his guidance. This was my first time dealing with an accident to this extent, and I was so grateful to talk with someone who has experience with a process that’s been difficult to navigate. Thank you, John, for bringing a smile in the midst of frustration. I will be recommending B&R Towing to anyone who drives in this area- they’ve been a true blessing!

In regards to their towing service, Steven H. gets a big A+ from me. My own insurances roadside assistance was not getting the job done so I reached out to a number of local tow companies and Steven with B &R was the first to respond. Their price, availability, and expertise was the best. I knew he could deal with my situation, which had its challenges, and he got me home safely. I have an RV and he knew exactly how to tow it, was respectful to the public business where I was stranded, and had me hooked up & ready to go in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you Steven!
