Predatory pricing for 3 mile tow from unsigned school lot. Our vehicle was parked overnight from Friday night to Saturday morning where there was no signage indicating that cars would be towed for an event starting at 7am the next morning. This company doesn’t care that they are charging $150 more than they would for a private party tow of the exact same distance, from lots without adequate warning signage. Photos attached. When we arrived to retrieve the car, they were leaving and told us they had to go help another customer and would be back in a few minutes. They made us wait 35 minutes to pay and still charged us the full predatory price. Who leaves one customer who wants to pay to go take care of another? A predatory business that already has your vehicle as collateral and just wants someone else’s money because they know they already have yours.

Dustin at Charlie’s Towing SAVED THE DAY and helped my college kiddo who got locked out of their car in the middle of the night because USAA Roadside Service failed our family so miserably that I had to find Charlie’s service myself at 3am. They immediately came out within 10 minutes. USAA using the scam service third party provider Abrego, kept telling us someone was coming for hours, then that service ghosted them then they waited an hour to re-assign only by me calling them! They told us they re-assigned the call but never did!! The third time was another service hours more. USAA has gone so downhill. But who saved the day for our family very reasonably priced too, Dustin and Charlie’s towing Service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - they are 100 percent reliable.
