This company has been around in the community for many years, and after my recent experience I honestly feel like they take advantage of the very community they operate in. My mom’s car was towed around 2:00 AM on Friday, and I went to retrieve it at 12:00 PM on Saturday. That’s not even 24 hours, yet the total to get the car back was $831. The car also wasn’t even at the location listed on the original ticket. It had been moved to another lot on Locust instead of the Bloomington location, and nobody was there. You have to call a gentleman named Andy, and he tells you when you can go pick up the car at that location. Then you end up waiting around for hours for someone to show up and open the gate, while the charges continue stacking up. In my case, I had to wait about three hours before anyone arrived. But the bigger issue isn’t just my situation. The real problem is the way this whole system works. The fees are so high that many people simply can’t afford to get their car out right away, and the longer it sits there the more the charges keep increasing. Very quickly those fees can climb into the thousands of dollars, and at that point many people are forced to walk away from their vehicles. For some families that may be the only car they have, but the cost to get it back becomes more than the car is worth. And when that happens, the company still profits. They put a lien on the vehicle, add more charges, and eventually the car goes to auction, where they can recover even more money. So either way, whether someone manages to pay the fees or loses the car entirely, the company still makes money. A company that has been in the community for many years should not be so greedy and thirsty to pinch every penny from the same community it operates in. But I’m praying for them, and I pray that they see their ways and instead of draining the community they find a way to help bless the community.

Perfect example of what it looks like to kick someone when they are down. This company does anything and everything to make it impossible to get your car back. We were told our car was on a 30 day hold they after waiting the 30 days I found out from PD there was no hold on it. Coming out of pocket $3500 for their employees false information is wrong and bad business. Learned my lesson for sure

Don’t even bother calling them when you need your car towed. They take forever to get back to you. The receptionist had me waiting long and they never showed up. Thankfully palacios towing rescued me. My car stopped at the intersection and they were no help just had me wasting my time. if I could give them 0 stars I would. Their company is so popular but they are so trash and make you waste time instead of helping.
