I spoke with Albert. He assured me he had my headliner for 2020 Denali quoted me $400 so I drove all the way down there 2 1/2 hour drive for me one-way one-way when I get there he tells me the employees left home and that he would get it the following day mind you this is 12 noon so I called back the following day asked to speak to Albert. The person who answers the phone informed me Albert is a driver and he’s out in the field so I then tell him about our prior conversation. Albert said he’d have the headliner ready for me today for $400 he tells me yes we have the headliner. It will be 500. I’ll tell him, that’s not the agreement we had and I already drove two hours yesterday. Can I please speak to the owner or a higher up manager the man on the phone informed me he is the owner starts to getting very rude with me even after I explain the situation, I asked him can he at least honor the price of 400 he says no that’s not what Albert quoted you. it’s right here in my computer I assured him it was , I wouldn’t mistake a price I have it written down with two other quotes. He then throws an insult at me, so I informed him that I’m going to be leaving a review on their website he tells me he could care less. I give this place two thumbs down. Very disappointing in my first experience with this company will be the last.

Don’t ever buy anything from these thieves they give you a price in the next day they give you a different price I wouldn’t buy anything from them. They try to sell me an axle for 2500 and then the next day they try to sell it to me for 3500 I would not recommend buying anything from them And then I try to talk to the owner. They said he’s not available.

These guys are great. Everyone I spoke with was attentive and extremely helpful. I was calling from Colorado, they had the part located within 24hrs and Evan then sent me pictures so I could make sure I was getting the exact part I needed. Shipping costs are honest and reasonable and I look forward to working with them again!
