I had a very disappointing experience with this towing company. They towed a vehicle from one of our properties, and the driver ended up crashing into our gate, causing significant damage. When I called to report the issue and request repairs, the person on the other end refused to give his name and pretended not to understand English. After speaking with him in Spanish, he still denied the incident and outright refused to take responsibility, despite several witnesses confirming what happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
