During my visit to inquire about purchasing scrap, I encountered an elderly Caucasian gentleman who was quite discourteous and short-tempered. He made remarks such as "you're embarrassing yourself" and seemed unwilling to spare even a moment to hear me out. In comparison to our experiences at other scrap yards, the service at this particular establishment was far inferior. It appears that this individual lacks a customer-centric business approach. I would give negative stars if I could.

These people won't pay you what the going metal rates are. They'll scam you any chance they get. You would do better recycling cans and get more money that way. I'd take any metal you have to another yard somewhere else that will pay you almost double. That way you can also have a nicer experience. You've been warned.
