They wasted my time. I was there to pick up a vehicle and made the payment and they asked me to wait 10 minutes and after 10 minutes. I asked if it’s gonna take longer so they said around 10 minutes again. and that 10 minutes never ended And I ended up waiting three hours because the Forklift was not operational and they did not had the driver for the other equipment to get the car out of the garage. The issue is not the waiting but dishonesty. They were not honest in the first place.

Auto Care towing is an absolute scam. My car was damaged by this company. When I called them to discuss the damages I was instead verbally attacked by a grown man calling me a 'scam artist' who refused to provide any information on the process of repairing my vehicle. The company ultimately refused to provide any information or support in fixing my vehicle until directly confronted with documentation and threatening to take them to small claims court. In the end the company paid for some of the repairs but never fully reimbursed me the amount they explicitly agreed on. If you have the choice I would recommending a different company.

Truck broke down in front of drive through. Called auto care towing showed up within 15 minutes and had the truck loaded in 30 min. By far one of the best tow truck experience's I have ever had highly recommend to all in my contacts and suggest you should too!! . Will definitely be calling them first next time!!! Special thanks to Tim our driver man is good at what he does and has a smile on his face the whole the doing it.
