I had an excellent experience at Certified Japanese, located at 20771 Bake Pkwy in Lake Forest. Mr. Carlos worked on my Ford C-Max and did a fantastic job. They replaced the tie rods, performed brake adjustments, and checked several other components to make sure everything was running properly. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional and honest. Mr. Carlos explained what the car needed, why it was important, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. After the work was completed, my car drives noticeably smoother, the steering feels precise, and the braking response improved a lot. You can really feel the difference in safety and performance. It’s not easy to find a shop you can truly trust, but this place delivers quality work and great customer service. I highly recommend Certified Japanese to anyone in the Lake Forest area looking for reliable and skilled mechanics

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Certified Japanese Auto Repair and Eddie! After a stressful experience at Honda where I was told my car was unsafe to drive and quoted an extremely high repair cost Eddie completely turned my situation around. He made me feel reassured that my vehicle was safe to drive until I could get the part ordered and fixed. From the moment I walked in Eddie was honest, calm and reassuring. He scheduled an inspection for my car and explained everything clearly and confirmed that my car was safe to drive which immediately put me at ease. The level of integrity and transparency he showed is something you don’t see often in auto repair. Especially as a woman you hear about the opposite. Not only did Eddie give me a fair and reasonable price but the work was completed quickly and professionally. What Honda quoted as a 35 hour job and thousands of dollars, Eddie and his team handled in just a few hours for a fraction of the cost. The difference in service was night and day.
