Yeah, yeah — lots of places fix a flat for free. But Big Brand Tires did it fast, friendly, and without any attitude. They got me in, handled it quickly, and had me back on the road with zero drama. Roger was my tech and he was courteous, efficient, and great to deal with. Solid experience all around.

Found this place online today chose it because of its great reviews so glad it’s open on Sunday and the online appointment scheduling is awesome. I have an appointment today with my son’s 4 runner for tires. Update everything went great would highly recommend this location Memphis was great. Ed Mac

I went in for an alignment today and the technician took my car for a joyride afterwards in the rain, and drove like a maniac. He went full throttle several times and at one point went 85mph in a 50mph zone. Luckily there was light traffic, but this behavior is inexcusable. Edit: Changed to 3 stars after interacting with the store manager Roger. He was apologetic and willing to compensate me. In addition, the service advisor Memphis was very polite and professional. Edit: Changed back to 1 star until I get my full compensation
