    I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the forklift driver at this location. I arrived on time as scheduled and was the only customer waiting to have my motorcycle loaded. I waved at the driver several times as he passed by, but he completely ignored me. Through the open gate, I could see him drive up to the motorcycle and then just stand there talking to another employee instead of doing his job. He clearly saw me waiting but deliberately made me waste my time. This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable.

    Great customer service from the ladies at front counter and helped me get me comfortable waiting for them to bring up my wrecked car to get my personal items out. Helped keep us all safe too. Very polite in a hard situation<br><br>Thank you
