If you’re going to order from these guys make sure you know exactly what you’re ordering. When it comes to sheet metal or probably a lot of specialty items these guys do drop shipping and don’t have the experience or knowledge. Anything above their Paygrade they will probably blame on you the consumer. Even though the incorrect part was shipped out due to bad information from Auto obsession and the manufacture a guy named John I’m presuming the owner or manager would rather spend countless hours arguing with you rather than take care of the matter. As a speed shop and a business person this is frustrating I don’t have time to deal with customer service like this. I contacted the manufacturer myself and they had zero problem issuing me the credit back or another item something that John should’ve taken care of in a matter of minutes instead of arguing and not following through. I would suggest if you’re a professional in the industry go someplace else for your products dropship guys like this don’t have a lot of knowledge or answers and would rather take your money than solve problems.
