Needed a tire replaced due to puncture on sidewall. Called many places and either no one answered or would not receive tire for another week. Pepboys were able to get it next day and allowed me to pay on line. Purchased tire and went next day for install. Staff were very professional, even put spare back underneath the truck.

Very poor experience. We broke down while passing through town in the parking lot and pushed our rig into the bay. Explained that we were not from here and were hoping to be efficient with our time. They gave me the old “we are going to have to drop the gas tank and flush it for 1000 dollars before we can even start” runaround. Car then sat for four days with only the changing of the spark plugs and zero diagnostic work. I got a different answer every time I spoke to someone about the process. Then after reaching out multiple times they finally called back said the only way to see what was wrong was to do a full tear down. We pulled from the shop, they left the old spark plugs under the hood and smashed the hood down until it closed, left greasy hand prints all over it and charged me 200 for spark plugs.
