I came to Rollings Automotive for a water pump replacement. They did great work I would highly recommend to anyone I know. Very professional, did a great job and took their time but were able to get the work done in a timely manner, very responsive, and great customer service. Even went out of their way to send me a thank you card! I great business that I will be going back to for any future car maintenance… & for a great, fair price!

My truck had been having issues with shaking at different speeds and recently developed shaking while braking as well. For months this had been going on. I took it to a few different shops several times trying to resolve the issue. I was told repeatedly that the alignment was off, the tire balance was off, or that the tires needed to be rotated but that would seem to make it worse. I also had taken it in for a full service and was told specifically that my brakes were okay. All the while things were getting worse. I decided to try a third opinion, Rollings Automotive. They realized right away it was the brakes, fixed it, charged a reasonable price and the mechanic took the time to explain how issues with the brakes can be felt even when not braking. They could’ve completely ripped me off because I went in thinking it was a MUCH bigger issue (damaged tires or axel, etc) and I communicated that with the mechanic. I appreciate their honesty so much. For that alone, I will return for any future maintenance or issues.

Rollings Automotive has taken excellent care of me and my family. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!! They are always honest, always keep their word and do great customer service!! Any time there has been an issue they always stand by their work and correct any problem. The staff is friendly and they even have wifi for when I have to wait in the lobby:-)
